Joint health
With the initial assessment including posture and joint mobility I will identify muscle imbalances or movement limitations to design an exercise programme that improves your mobility and promotes proper posture, improving stability and reducing the risk of injury.

Rehabilitating injuries
It involves a careful and personalised approach to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation.
I will conduct a thorough injury assessment, taking into account the severity, type of injury and medical restrictions and create an exercise programme tailored to your needs and abilities.
During the training sessions, I will closely supervise you to ensure that the exercises are performed correctly and safely. In addition, I will adjust the programme as necessary to suit your progress and any changes in your condition.

High intensity interval training (H.I.I.T)
This method of training alternates between short periods of intense exercise and periods of rest or low intensity activity and has great health benefits and effectiveness in improving fitness in a short period of time.
It can be challenging and must be adapted to each individual's fitness level, so my role is to ensure that the session is safe, effective and tailored to your individual needs and abilities.

Metabolic Conditioning "Metcon"
It is a specific type of training that aims to improve the efficiency of the body's metabolic system. Metcon is known to be intense and challenging, and is often used in functional training, cross-training and high-intensity sports programmes.
Metabolic conditioning involves working at a high or very high intensity for a specific period of time, with the goal of improving the body's ability to use and produce energy efficiently. This type of training does not focus solely on developing strength or endurance, but addresses the body's ability to perform physical activities by improving metabolic processes.

Civil service exam preparation
I offer a targeted approach to ensure that you are physically prepared to pass the requirements and maximise your chances of success in the selection process.
Based on an initial assessment I will create a personalised training programme that focuses on developing the specific physical skills needed to pass the tests. Preparation will include the development of the stamina necessary to cope effectively with the tests.
In addition, attention will always be paid to injury prevention through proper warm-up exercises, stretching and recovery techniques.
As you progress in your preparation, I will constantly monitor your progress and adjust the training programme as necessary.
With my preparation, I will optimise your performance and increase your chances of success in the competitive examinations. Customisation of the programme to your individual needs and attention to the specific details of the tests are fundamental to successful preparation.
